Club Ride - Saturday 7th July

This weeks club ride will probably be down on numbers due to the large contingent heading off to Wales for the Velothon, good luck to all those. Also there may be others who wish to get back early to watch the Wendyball game or the Tour de France so plan this week for a shortish ride for this time of year and anybody wishing to ride long can make plans at the cafe stop.
Usual meet at 0850 for an 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst (behind Sainsbury’s). Out via Rhinefield, Bolderwood, Minstead, Bartley, Ashurst, Colbert, Applemore, Dibden Purlieu, Hill Top. Then a loop around Exbury and Lepe back to Hill Top. Finally Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Sowley, Norleywood, Pilley, Boldre and coffee stop at Mabel’s Cafe at the Garden Centre. That will be around 80Km so should be just before 1200. Then form plans to either split, ride back to Brockenhurst or go long.
Route at https://www.strava.com/routes/14176532
Pace will be to suit those riders out as we will be missing a lot of the usual horsepower!
