Club Ride Saturday 29th October 2022

Meet at 0850 for a 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst as usual. This week’s ride will be a 101Km to the east and north of the region.

The roads will be wet again this week so please get those mudguards and winter tyres fitted if you haven’t already. Route has been designed with a few options to cut short should the weather turn miserable.

Plan is for a 101Km ride to the east and north and hopefully take in some of the great autumnal sites at the moment. Route can be found here:

Coffee stop planned for the club favourite The Potting Shed in Hyde at around 66Km which also affords shelter should it be required.

Club Ride Saturday 22nd October 2022

Meet at 0850 for a 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst as usual. This weeks ride will be a 102Km in the east of the region.

The roads will be wet this week and there is a lot of debris from trees so please be aware of that. Given that we are heading into autumn and the roads will be wet most of the time it’s a good time to get bikes prepped for winter with sturdier tyres and mudguards. We will also start to drop the pace a little this time of year.

Route is at: https://www.plotaroute.com/route/2066122?units=km

Coffee stop planned for the ever popular Potting Shed in Hyde at around 69Km so should be there around 1130.

Club Ride Saturday 8th October 2022

Meet at 0850 for a 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst as usual.

A relatively easy 101Km ride this week around the eastern extremes of the forest. Should give those what want to get back to watch Il Lombardia plenty of time. Coffee stopped planned at 70Km for Steff’s Kitchen in Beaulieu as it’s still warm enough for an outside stop.
