Turbo 2017-18

Quick note for those that have been asking about winter turbo and notice for those that haven’t been before but would like to join in. Brockenhurst Village Hall have managed to move a few other bookings around and can let us have the same Thursday night slot we had last year. So starting from Thursday 2nd November we’ll be running classes through to the 29th March.
Due to hall availability and Christmas holiday we will not have the hall on the following dates:
16th November
30th November
28th December
18th January
For those dates, I’ll put training plans into Training Peaks as I did last year for those who have the discipline to train at home
I’ll put out a further note shortly detailing logistics and the outline plan for the winter.
Regards
