This weeks club ride will be a 50 mile loop of the forest
that we used last week. Gives a couple of opportunities to shorten the route
for those that want to and allows those in the north of the forest to join /
leave at various points.
Depart from the car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst at
0900, please be there for 0850.
Route will be:
Brockenhurst, Bolderwood, Red Shoot, Gorley, Stuckton, Sandy
Balls, then at the Fighting Cocks (optional short cut back via Ocknells Plain),
Wood Green, Hale, Nomansland, Newbridge, Woodlands, Ashurst, Colbury, Beaulieu,
Brockenhurst
Aiming for a 16MPH average so about 3 hours 15 if all goes
to plan
I’ve picked up a small injury so won’t be riding. Hope to be
back next week.
