Club Ride – Saturday 30th April

This weeks club ride as follows:

Meet at 0850 for 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road Brockenhurst (behind Sainsburys).

Route out via Rhinefield Road, Bolderwood, Red Shoot, Fordingbridge and north on the Whistbury Road. Then turn east via Woodgreen, Hale Purlieu, Roger Penney Way, Bramshaw and then to West Wellow for a coffee stop at Carlo’s after about 55K. Return via Bartley, Minstead, Bolderwood and a final loop around Burley on the Chian Gang coure for a 100K loop. Target pace 28/29KMH depending on who is out and how windy it is.

This weeks club ride as follows:

Meet at 0850 for 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst

Out via Sway Road, Setthorns, Burley, Braggers, Crow, Poulner, Ogdens, Blissford Hill (down), Godshill, Wood Green.

Coffee stop at the Community Shop.

Then Hale, double back on Roger Penney Way, Three Lions, Stuckton, Moyles Court, Red Shoot, Bolderwood, A35, towards Burley then Mill Lane, White Buck and back to Brock.

Club Ride – Saturday 16th April

This weeks club ride will be a 107Km loop to the east of the area.

Meet as usual at 0850 for 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst.

Route is out via Burley Road, Setthorns, Sway War Memorial, Pilley, Norlyeywood, Sowley, Bucklers Hard, Beaulieu, Exbury, Lepe, Calshot, Blackfield, Dibden Purlieu, Ipley Cross, Ashurst, Woodlands, Minstead, Bolderwood and Brock.

At a pace of 28Km should be just under 4 hours riding. Don’t have plans for a coffee stop yet, if anybody knows of a good place to stop around Dibden / Hythe area a small detour might be in scope.
