I can safely promise that the weather will be better than last week so
expect to see a few more than last weeks "Dirty Dozen" turn up for
another one of our traditional winter rides - Long Hilly.
The week will be a 50 mile loop taking in some nice climbs slightly out of our usual area as we go up and around Dean.
The rides will depart from Ashhurst station carp parks at 0900 sharp and follow the following route:
Ashurst, Bartley, Calmore, Hill Street, Kent’s Oak, Lockerley, East
Dean, West Dean, Whiteparish, Redlynch, Woodgreen, Godshill, Frogham,
Moyles Court, Linwood, Bolderwood, Lyndhurst and back to Ashurst. Core
route is 50 miles.
For those riding from the south depart form St Saviours Church in
Brockenhurst at 0820, I'll try not to be late this week and avoid having
to time trial my way to Lyndhurst!
Garmin course file attached for those with the ability to upload and
track satellites. If you can please do this as we are on less familiar
roads and the more people that know where we're going the better!
Depending on numbers we will split into 2 or 3 groups. With this type of
ride the protocol for each group will be to climb at your own pace and
re-group at the top of the climbs.

Hope to see a good turnout.
