Slightly shorter club ride this week.
Usual depart from the main car park in
Brookley Road, Brockenhurst at 0900. So aim to be there at 0850. Excellent turn
out in club kit last week so please keep that for Saturday best. Looked good as
a pack when riding in close formation.
This weeks route out via Balmer Lawn, then
up to Beaulieu Road, Ipley Cross, Ashurst, Woodlands, Bartley, Furzey,
Nomansland, Hamptworth, Lover then head to Wood Green for the coffee stop at
just over half way.
Return via the Fighting Cocks, down the
hill to the Tree Lions, Stuckton, Gorley, Poulner, Crow, Burley and Bock.
Should be 91K with nearly 800M of climbing with a few options to cut short /
extend for those that wish. Pace will probably be abound 27-29KMH depending on
who is riding and how windy it is.
