After last weeks washout looks like we should have a dry
mild day for this weeks ride. Plan for this week will be a trip to Stockbridge
and a coffee stop at the Woodfire or if it’s busy an extra few Km to the John
Lewis farm shop.
Usual meet at 0850 for 0900 depart from the main car park in
Brookley Road, Brockenhurst.
Out via Balmer Lawn, Beaulieu, Ipley Cross, Ashurst,
Woodlands, Bartley, West Wellow, Shootash, Awbridge, Mottisfont, Houghton and
Stockbridge for a stop after 57Km.
Return same distance but after West Wellow back via Bramshaw,
Ocknells Plain, Bolderwood and Brock.
Winter pace, circa 25-26KmH, and if you haven’t yet please
get round to fitting winter tyres and mudguards as the roads are still pretty
filthy.
